Cut the red tape to prioritize contracts for Pasadena residents and businesses, advocate for a microloan programs to help finance small businesses, and partner with tech companies to create opportunity for Pasadena residents. Expand the M.A.S.H program to provide work experience. Partner with local non-profits to expand apprenticeship programs to create long lasting employment opportunities.
Improve community health services
Increase access to urgent care services regardless of insurance status, create a hub for mental health services including crisis response and wraparound services, and address food insecurity by partnering with non-profit organizations and grocery stores to expand food pantry programs.
